Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. Can you explain the new π‘ $350 Unlimited Listing + Rebate package? This is our best value package for clients who are both selling and buying. Hereβs how it works:
For Sellers: You pay a $350 upfront fee for an unlimited MLS listing. Your property stays active on the MLS until it sells, with no renewal fees.
For Buyers: When you also use us as your agent to purchase your next home, you receive a $350 cash-back rebate at that closing from the standard $595 admin fee. This package gives you a lifetime listing and a significant rebate on your future purchase for one low price. The $350 upfront fee is non-refundable.
2. What are the specific terms for the π΄ $595 Guarantee? Our $595 6-Month Guarantee is designed to be a completely risk-free investment for sellers. If you do not receive an accepted offer on your home within the 6-month listing period, we will provide a full refund of your $595 upfront listing fee.
3. What is the $595 Admin Fee, and when is it paid? The $595 admin fee is a standard charge for managing the transaction from contract to close. It covers compliance, paperwork coordination, and file storage. This fee is part of the closing costs and is paid from the buyer's side of the transaction when the sale is successfully completed. It is not an upfront fee.
4. How can the π’ "Free" package be free if there's an admin fee? The π’ 90 Days Free package has $0 upfront cost to list your home. You get on the MLS and all major real estate websites without paying us a dime out of your pocket. The $595 admin fee only applies if your home successfully sells and closes, and it is paid from the buyer's side as part of the total transaction. You never have to pay a listing fee to us.
5. Why is offering a Buyer's Agent Commission still important? To get the most traffic and best offers, you need to motivate licensed agents to bring their qualified buyers to your home. Offering a competitive commission (typically 2-3%) on the MLS is the most effective way to do this. This commission is only paid at closing if an agent brings the successful buyer.
6. Who am I working with? fsbo.homelink.services provides this powerful marketing platform and support. All state-regulated real estate services, including your listing agreement and transaction oversight, are conducted by American Real Estate and Mortgage, a fully licensed brokerage in Florida, ensuring your sale is professional and compliant.
